Email Manager
Email Manager is a one-stop email management tool, which will grant you complete authority over your mailboxes and newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with GUI, you can create a brand new e-mail box in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can redirect email messages from one e-mail box to another, set up e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and shield your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your mailbox accounts against spam messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming electronic mails according to certain criteria set by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up a mail filter for any of your email accounts and edit the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mails from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Just select the e-mailbox you want to forward messages from, then select the target email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the email client of your choosing to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box account will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
